Bobby's Burger Palace (BBP) presents an array of burgers inspired by Chef Bobby Flay's extensive travels throughout America and love of the grill in a convenient casual setting. From north to south, coast to coast, each BBP burger is Bobby's tribute to America's regional flavors and traditions, made with only premium-quality ingredients and condiments. Sides such as French Fries served with BBP Fry Sauce and Beer Battered Onion Rings along with Griddled Cheese sandwiches, Salads, Milkshakes & Malteds, sodas, lemonade, ice tea and a variety of alcoholic beverages are available to create the ultimate BBP meal.
Chief's Deli
Reubens, Knishes and Babka aren't traditional Native American fare but these items are right at home on the menu at Chief's Deli. This quick-service eatery once operated in the Casino of the Earth but closed some time ago. It has now been resurrected in Mohegan Sun's new Casino of the Wind, offering authentic New York-style deli sandwiches, roasted chicken noodle soup with matzo balls, lox and bagel, black and white cookies and much, much more. We also brought back the original Chief's Combo Sandwiches, such at the G'Tine'Mong and the Matahga, which were named after Mohegan Tribal Chiefs. Come visit our newest venue for a taste of New York right in Eastern Connecticut's own backyard!
The Dubliner

The newest addition to Mohegan Sun's dining scene, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, boasts two floors of dining space, multiple bars and a concert stage, all in a tropical atmosphere inspired by the travels and songs of Jimmy Buffett. From the signature Cheeseburger in Paradise to an array of island-style seafood and regional favorites, Margaritaville is a vacation in itself. In the retail boutique, Margaritaville's Smuggler's Hold, grab some souvenirs to take home; you'll find everything from T-shirts and flip flops to Jimmy Buffett CDs and Frozen Concoction Makers.
Johnny Rockets
Relive those Glory Days with an authentic re-creation of a 1950's hamburger and malt shop, from the sparkling white outfits and crisp paper hats to the open line-style kitchen and gleaming chrome-trimmed countertops, complete with vintage wall décor, red vinyl padded booths to the tabletop jukeboxes and "soda jerks". Select from All-American fare such as fresh specialty, hand-pressed burgers made with the freshest produce and breads. Choose from a variety of burgers including the #12 Tillamook, Route 66, Smoke House or St. Louis and more. Don't forget the French Fries, Onion Rings or Combo! Located just outside the three fine dining restaurants in the Earth Casino, The Cove is one of Mohegan Sun's best kept secrets. It offers a prime opportunity for guests to sample three distinct gourmet dining themes in a casual and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant also has full bar service as well as a nice selection of wine by the glass or bottle from which to choose. Have a seat at the Raw Bar, Mini Pizzeria, authentic Noodle Bar or any of the inviting tables located near the two large flat screen televisions for a unique dining adventure. Start with a plate of freshly shucked Littlenecks or Oysters on the Half-Shell or an order of cheesy Garlic Bread while you're deciding what you'd like to order. Then try our Pastrami and Horseradish Cheddar Melt, Chicken Cutlet Panini or Shrimp & Pork Wonton Soup. Perhaps something a little heartier, such as the Seared Crispy Skin Salmon, 8oz.
